Some things just go together: PB&J… Spaghetti and Meatballs… Solo and Chewbacca… For us, it’s Lemon Lavender. Our most sacred flavor. Part of the original farmer’s market lineup, the R&D process consisted of our founder sourcing the freshest local ingredients available at the weekly market and testing out combinations for ice cream sandwiches. Some things worked, some were failures (mashed potato cookies with gravy ice cream wasn’t our best idea). But, Lemon Lavender not only worked, it blew people away and put us on the proverbial map. To this day, the marriage surprises and satisfies upon first bite. It just works.
